Erin spent six years inside a carrier’s small-group underwriting department before moving to the broker side. That is where the firm’s view of a submission comes from: she has read the ones that were a bare census and the ones that made an argument, and she priced both.

She handles the groups crossing fifty, the multi-state ones, and any renewal where the increase arrived without an explanation.

Where we do not have a real photograph of someone, we show their initials rather than a stock image. Putting an invented face beside a real name on a page about who handles your employees' benefits is a small dishonesty, and this is not a business where those help.
