Our commitment

Roster Benefits Group LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, age, disability or sex in the services we provide — to client companies, or to the employees of those companies who contact us about their coverage.

Help with language

If an employee's first language is not English, tell us and we will arrange an interpreterat no cost — for a telephone call or for an open enrollment meeting.

Enrollment materials can be provided in other formats. Tell us in advance of the meeting rather than on the day.

Help with disability

We provide free aids and services so people with disabilities can communicate with us effectively — including information in large print and documents read aloud over the telephone.

Open enrollment meetings are held wherever suits, including on video. See ouraccessibility notice for how this website itself is built.

A note for employers

Non-discrimination rules also apply to how you design eligibility for your plan — which classes of employee are offered what, and on what terms. That is a different subject from this page, it has tax consequences for the whole plan if it goes wrong, and it is a question for your employment counsel rather than for us.

We will tell you what carriers will accept. We will not tell you whether a class definition is lawful for your circumstances.
