Mobile Terms and Conditions
What you are agreeing to if you consent to receive text messages from us.
Effective: 1 March 2026 · Last reviewed: 1 March 2026
Before a single message is sent
This is a template, not legal advice. TCPA damages are statutory and assessed per message, and business-to-business messaging is not exempt. This page must be reviewed by counsel and the programme registered with carriers before a single message is sent.
The sending number is still unset — it appears as [SMS-NUMBER-TBD] throughout. It must be the real messaging number, not the office line, and STOP and HELP must be answerable there.

By signing up for Roster Benefits Alerts, you agree to receive SMS notifications about your group's renewal, enrollment and compliance dates. You may opt in by ticking the consent box on the renewal review or contact form.
1. User Opt-In
You only receive text messages from Roster Benefits Group LLC if you ask for them, by ticking the box on one of our forms. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. You can have a renewal review, appoint us, and work with us for years without ever agreeing to texts.
We record the exact wording you agreed to, with the date, time, IP address and page it came from, in order to evidence compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
We text you, not your employees
Consent given here covers you, the client contact, on the number you gave us. It does not extend to anyone on your census. We do not text employees, and an employer cannot consent on an employee's behalf.
What we send
Replies to questions you have asked. Reminders when a renewal milestone or a compliance deadline is approaching. Notice that documents are ready or that we need something from you. Confirmation of meetings. We do not send marketing for other companies and we do not send anything on behalf of a third party.
2. User Opt-Out
To stop receiving alerts, reply STOP to [SMS-NUMBER-TBD] from your mobile device, or to any message from us. You will no longer receive additional messages.
Other opt-out commands include QUIT, END,CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOP ALL. Once opted out, you will receive one confirmation and nothing after that.
Stopping texts does not affect your coverage or our appointment — we will telephone or email instead.
3. Help and Support
For assistance, you can:
- Text HELP to [SMS-NUMBER-TBD].
- Call (866) 827-4241.
4. Privacy and Data Sharing
Strict privacy policy
Roster Benefits Group LLC takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, your consent record or your personal information with third parties.
The information you provide is used solely to send the messages described above. We may disclose it only to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our rights, or to protect our interests as required by law. How we handle everything else is described in ourPrivacy Policy.
5. Supported Carriers
Roster Benefits Alerts supports a variety of mobile carriers in the United States, including AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Google Fi and many regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered or failed messages.Carrier support may change without notice.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery depends on the network service of your wireless provider, and we are not liable for any delays, errors or failures in message delivery.
Nothing that matters is communicated only by text. Renewal deadlines, compliance filings and anything with a date attached are handled by telephone and in writing, because a text that failed to send does not extend a deadline.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Mobile Terms, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington before a single arbitrator, applying Washington's substantive law.
Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated or representative action. Either party may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court. Where applicable law renders any part of this clause unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder stands.

Prototype notice
Structure follows a conventional mobile-terms template. Attorney review required. Before any campaign: register the programme and campaign with carriers (10DLC or toll-free verification); log the consent text verbatim with timestamp, IP address and source URL for every opt-in — which src/lib/leads.ts does, and which must be preserved; enforce the consent gate server-side, which it also does; and make STOP and HELP answerable at the real messaging number, which must not be the office line. The program name published here must match the name registered with the carriers exactly. B2B is not a TCPA exemption. The arbitration venue reads from governingLawState in src/config/site.tsand is the firm's home state, not a template default — counsel must confirm both the venue and whether an arbitration clause belongs here at all.
