RbRoster BenefitsSmall-group broker of record

No charge, no commitment

Send us the documents. We will tell you what we find.

A renewal review costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No broker-of-record letter until you have seen the numbers — if we cannot improve on what you have, we will say so and you carry on as you were.

Start a renewal review

We will come back within one business day with what we need next.

Roughly is fine.

If you know it. Ninety days out is the right time.

Documents

Do not attach the census or any employee data here. Once you send this we will reply with a secure link to upload it — employee dates of birth and zip codes should not travel through a website form or ordinary email.

Everything else — the current plan documents, rate sheet and renewal letter — can come the same way.

Tick the box above to enable the button — or simply telephone us, which needs no consent at all.

What it costs you

  • About ninety minutes. That is the whole ask — gathering documents and one conversation.
  • No fee. We are paid by the carrier if you appoint us, and commission is disclosed in writing before you do.
  • No broker-of-record letter until you have seen the numbers and decided you want to.

Have these ready

  • Census — dates of birth and zip codes
  • Current plan documents and rate sheet
  • This year's renewal letter
  • Claims experience, where the carrier releases it

Missing one? Send what you have. We can usually get the rest from the carrier.

After you send it

Three steps, and you decide at the end.

01

We read what you have

What you are paying, what the plan actually does, and where the renewal increase is coming from. Usually a couple of days.

02

We market the group

A written submission to carriers rather than a bare census — the difference that moves a quote. Only if you want us to take it that far.

03

You see it side by side

With a recommendation attached. When the answer is to stay put, we say that — and you owe us nothing.

Ninety days out is the right time. Sixty still works.

Thirty is tight but not hopeless. If your renewal has already passed, call anyway — we will start on next year.
